printing PE casting film uesd for backsheet in feminine napkin products. We can produce the film with basic weight from 20gsm to 40gsm. There are 3 embossing types with the film surface, mat, micro and deep-embossing. Thickness range is from 18um to 120um. Except white color, also we can produce many color film such as pink, yellow, blue, green and so on. Our manufacture line speed is 120m/min. Year capacity will be 4000tons.
Also we can printing with these backsheet, the maximun colors will be six, we have flexo printing and gravure printing process. The diameter of the roll will follow customer request, the maximum value will be 600mm. The paer core diameter is 3 inch.
The cutting width of the film is from 50mm to 1000mm.We can do corona treatment on both sides of the film. Normally we packing the film with pallet, corrugated paper and strench film, shown as belown picture. Over 90% of our raw materilas is from Exxion mobile.

We have export this backsheet all over the world, especially to Germany, Italy, Thailand and Philippines. This backsheet have nice strench property and can running on high speed napkin lines. So this material will help you the save the manufacture cost and improve efficiency. All of the ink we use is environmental.
